  1. I am a 48 year old woman. A month ago I started experiencing numbing in my lower legs and in both of my arms, the left side is worse than the right. For the past week every time the numbness starts, I feel like I’m going to throw up and now a shooting pain across my face and a severe headache has also been happening . I know something is wrong, I do not have a primary care doctor. And I can not go to the ER because I do not have the health insurance that is now required by law. Where can I go for help? Send suggestions to: lanadyjor009@outlook.com Thank you.
